Responsive homepage, factual directory filters, seven source-linked profiles, cover-type explanations, research standards, local correction-file creation and review status. All pages are rendered as HTML as well as in a self-contained preview.

The local candidate module supports idempotent imports, fact-to-source links, review history, immutable snapshots, activation and rollback, append-only audit records and local validation jobs.

Important distinctions.

The candidate module does not replace or write to the existing Insurance Market Registry. Canonical product, brand and legal-entity IDs remain empty until reconciled against that registry. The adapter included in the code is a proposed contract, not a verified live connection.

Phase 3 adds eleven substantive research-draft guides, the glossary, source references, worked examples, connected reading paths and editorial/disclosure pages. A named human editor has not approved publication. Phase 4 adds annual mileage, odometer and annual-versus-pay-per-mile cost worksheets with printable assumptions. Phase 5 adds persistent source checks, change review, coverage review and local mobile admin. Phase 6 adds search metadata, security controls, launch checks and a local rollback rehearsal. Phase 7 adds the England mileage-distribution study, dated market-availability report, reproducible data and reusable charts. Phase 8 adds punctuation-tolerant search, archive recovery, clean copy/share controls, related directory links and an opt-in usability review desk. New content and ratings remain evidence-gated. Analytics remain disabled; hosted assurance and Search Console verification are pending. Every page is marked noindex; the production build command fails while launch gates remain unresolved.
