What runs in your browser.
Directory search, filtering and all three mileage/cost worksheets run locally. Worksheet values stay in page memory, are not included in URLs and are cleared on navigation or reload. Printed copies are saved only through your browser’s print dialog. Filter selections may appear in the page URL so a view can be restored. Do not enter policy numbers, registration numbers, addresses or other personal information into the search box or correction draft.
The correction tool creates a file on your device. It does not submit the contents to a server, email recipient or live review queue. There are no third-party analytics scripts or advertising cookies. Normal browsing does not create usability reports. If you explicitly start a usability review, fixed topic counters, tool success/error counts and task outcomes use this tab’s session storage for up to four hours, checked on use. Search text, worksheet values and results are excluded. Stop, export or delete the session at the review desk. Closing a tab normally clears session storage, but browser session restoration can preserve it; use Delete for explicit removal. Imported review files and Search Console query exports stay in page memory and are cleared when you leave. No reports are sent automatically.
When you open an external source.
You leave this website and the destination’s privacy practices apply. Evidence links use a no-referrer policy in the provided build.
Private hosted review.
The ChatGPT Sites review is restricted to the owner. Platform sign-in and its privacy practices apply to hosted access. The monitoring display is a saved snapshot; its working controls remain in the local review server.
Local development server.
The optional local server requires a password and binds to the loopback interface. It uses HTTP Basic authentication for local review only. Do not expose it to the internet; a hosted deployment needs proper authentication, HTTPS and a reviewed logging configuration.
Before public launch.
The operator must approve a full privacy notice with the correct controller identity, contact details, legal bases and hosting arrangements. This page describes the preview’s implemented behaviour; it is not the final production privacy notice.
